has announced the launch of Skinny Liner. The new eyeliner features a
precision point tip capable of sketching ultra-fine lines. The brand has
partnered up with tattoo artist Jess Simpson to create a series of
tattoo designs using the Skinny liquid liner. Designs created include: Links of
Love, Unlocked Love and On the Wings of Love (pictured above).
