Just back from a quick visit to Marrakesh Morocco and discovered the wonderful use of Orange flower water/oil widely used in Moroccan cooking and beauty care.Tree lined avenues and alleyways all with oranges growing and market vendors splendidly displaying the amazing splash of colour that the orange provides Add a little Orange Flower oil to Green Tea or
to mineral water to spritz as a refreshing facial toner. The flavour in cooking is definitely a required taste although an interesting one.
