Boost your immune

Now is the time to really give your immune system a boost, get healthy for spring and help clear your skin from the dullness of winter. Eating a good well thought out diet is the best way to do this. 
I advise on healthy eating and weight lose diets and skincare and make up, the most important thing is to get healthy, you look better, feel better and my aim is for you to be beautiful inside and out.
I don't  advise supplements but foods that can help boost your immune and can easily be introduced into your normal healthy eating diet. Probiotics found in live yoghurts, Garlic, Vitamin B6, Selenium,
Ginger and zinc are all good to boost your immune system.

Food Sources:

Vitamin B6 - Eggs Soya Fish Meat whole grains  nuts

Zinc - Shell fish oily fish Beef lamb Spinach pumpkin seeds

Selenium - Brazil nuts shell fish Tuna mackerel whole wheat bread sunflower seeds chia seeds pumpkin seeds meat and poultry grains

Ginger contains traces of potassium and omega 6 fatty acid

Garlic contains Omega 6 /3 fatty acids and traces of calcium manganese selenium vit K vit C
